I recently lead a $25M strategic corporate program designed to enable a pharmaceutical manufacturing company to achieve international compliance. Prior to that, as Director of Integrated Business Planning, I ensured that Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) was consistently executed in line with business objectives resulting in Operational Excellence. My experience was extended to others through my speaking engagement at a conference in 2016 on the subject of symptoms of ineffectiveness and 8 keys to improving S&OP. For 12 years in IT, I managed budget, defined strategy, implemented organizational structure, policies, and systems, while leading teams, projects, and operational support as a Senior Manager, Project Manager, and Analyst. I believe in continuous improvement and high performing teams that support innovation. My organizational skills, people skills, and business acumen, enables collaboration and delivery on objectives and the solving of diverse business issues.
