Luke Chen，Seven Bridges　Bioinformatics，Analyzed NGS data for over 6 year since 2010, mostly focus on developing clinical application or tools to support other scientists. The researches covered several hottest directions, such as non-invasive prenatal diagnosis, mutation detecting using single cell libraries, virus integration and cancer research and etc. Currently, emphasize on cloud-based applications to solve the computation limits and data accumulation bottleneck of data-driven discovery.
