李培刚，教授/博导，中国物理学会终身会员，中国物理学会固体缺陷专业委员会委员，北京市硅酸盐学会理事，中关村宽禁带半导体联盟标准化委员会委员。2006年3月毕业于中国科学院物理研究所凝聚态物理专业，获理学博士学位。2007年3月到2009年6月，作为洪堡学者（Humboldt Fellow）在德国于利希研究中心工作，2009年7月至2010年8月作为玛丽居里学者（Marie-Curie Fellow），在希腊激光与电子结构研究所和意大利技术研究所工作。2016年3月至2018年8月，作为访问学者，在美国杜兰大学物理系进行合作研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目，省自然科学基金，横向课题等科研项目10余项。发表或合作发表SCI收录论文160余篇，被引用近3000次。获得授权发明专利20余项。

1、功率半导体材料单晶制备和外延薄膜生长；2、功率半导体器件与功率集成；3、光电子集成器件及工艺；4、集成电路设计与应用。
